What would be an effective, inexpensive method for building a temporary greenhouse in my backyard?
I want to build a 8 x 10 ft green house in my back yard. What is the cheapest method available. I would like it to last at least 18months to 2 years. Using glass for panels is not an option.
Is building a small green house and growing / selling potted plants to local nurseries a lucrative business?
I have worked at a garden center for 5 years during which I have learned a lot about plants and the inner workings of the nursery business. Recently I have been considering building a small green house and selling plants locally. If I wanted to make this worth my while… How big does the nursery need to be? About how many plants do I need to grow? And what types of plants have good mark-up value and are fairly easy to grow? Any and all advice welcome! Thanks for your help!
